RETURN & EXCHANGE

Returns Policy

At My Fragrance Ghana we pride ourselves on providing quality products and service to our customers. We want you to enjoy your purchases and shopping with us.

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Ghanaian Consumer Law because we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

Change Of Mind Returns

My Fragrance GH will no longer accept the return of any perfume due to changing your mind about a purchase under any circumstances. This includes reasons such as selecting the wrong item when purchasing from our website, no longer needing the item or another person has bought the same product for me.

We are happy to offer advice on the choice of a perfume however, we cannot take responsibility if you are not happy with your purchase as a result of this advice. We strongly suggest that you try a fragrance prior to purchasing from us.

Defective Items

When items are faulty, you may choose between a refund or exchange for the products concerned. You must contact My Fragrance Ghana within 7 days of delivery of your purchase. We will pay for the postage and packaging charges associated with this return. Refunds and exchanges will only be made once faulty items have been returned to My Fragrance Ghana Store.

When items arrive damaged upon delivery, you must contact My Fragrance Ghana  within 48 hours of delivery. The delivery box and damaged goods must be kept as these. You may be requested to provide a photograph of your item/s and /or delivery package in order to investigate the damage claim.

Applying for a Return

To apply for a return, please email us at myfragrance.gh@gmail.com and include a daytime contact phone number with this email. We will then evaluate your return and give you a return authorization approval and an address to send the product back to us. 

All items must be returned to My Fragrance Gh within 14 days once a return approval has been granted.

Packaging a Return

Please pack all products for return securely in a box and not a satchel or postpak, with some filling inside the box for protection. Ideally, it would be best to use the same box and filling provided by My Fragrance Gh in the original shipment. Please take care in packing returns - as we will not be responsible for damaged products upon return unless it was received initially that way by the customer. Please affix the return address label provided by us or write clearly on the box the return address as provided by My Fragrance Gh.

Returns Assessment and Processing

Once receipt of goods back to us has occurred, we will assess the goods and then take appropriate action within 48 hours of receipt of goods. If we decide to issue you a refund, the refund will be credited to your account within 24 hours of assessment and will be in the same method that the payment was originally made. Where the total contents of an order are to be returned due to being defective or damaged, and a refund is requested, we will refund the total original purchase price including the shipping fee. If we decide to issue you a replacement, the replacement goods will be dispatched to you within 48 hours of assessment being made. Replacement items will be sent at no cost to the customer.

Important Note for Returns

  1. A Credit authorization approval must be obtained within 7 days of delivery of your order for faulty goods.

  2. Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving credit authorization approval.

  3. Replacement goods will be shipped only after the goods returned are received and then assessed by us. The replacement will be dispatched within 48 hours of being assessed.

  4. Refunds will be credited within 24 hours of an assessment being made.

  5. Items returned to us without credit authorization approval will be returned to the sender at no cost to My Fragrance Gh Store.

  6. My Fragrance Gh takes no responsibility for returned products lost or damaged in transit.
